Everybody likes a little inspiration.
4you is looking for new contributors to our popular "I Lost It" series, which chronicles successful stories of weight loss from residents across the Tampa Bay area.
Every week, we feature a single story from a person who shares how they did it, and talks about the hurdles they faced. We've featured hundreds of men and women of all ages and sizes. Some did it by joining a support group, others use do-it-yourself plans. Each one has been an inspiration.
So, you think you may have a weight-loss plan that works for you? Tell us about it.
It doesn't matter how little or how much weight you lost. Maybe the biggest results show in improved health. Remember, weight loss of all kinds can motivate others to stay on the path to wellness.
