Hillsborough County deputies are continuing to investigate the slaying of 57-year-old Judith Rolander.
About 3 a.m. Monday, deputies responded to a 911 call at a mobile home in Clair-Mel City at 2413 82nd St. S., Lot 14, and found Rolander dead of unexplained trauma, sheriff's spokesman J.D. Callaway said. Rolander lived at that address.
Callaway declined to release additional details today about the death. He wouldn't say who called 911, and he said deputies would not release the 911 call today.
"It's an active homicide investigation," he said.
On Monday, neighbor Gary Domhoff said Rolander was a nice person who used to provide him spaghetti from time to time.
Reporters Josh Poltilove and Chip Osowski contributed to this report.
