WASHINGTON - DaJuan Summers scored 21 points and No. 13 Georgetown (12-3, 3-2 Big East) had its best 3-point shooing game of the season in an 88-74 victory against No. 8 Syracuse (16-2, 4-1) on Wednesday night.
Austin Freeman scored 19 points and was four of five on 3-pointers as the Hoyas went 12-for-21 from behind the arc.
Eric Devendorf had 20 points and four 3-pointers for the Orange, while Rick Jackson had 17 points and Paul Harris added 15 points and 11 rebounds.

BOSTON - Jeff Teague scored 29 points and Al-Farouq Aminu had 15 with eight rebounds as No. 2 Wake Forest (15-0, 2-0 ACC) followed an emotional victory against North Carolina with an easy win against Boston College (13-5, 1-2), the only other team to beat the Tar Heels.
