Hudson Man Indicted In Shooting, Killing Of Bald Eagle

TAMPA - A 32-year-old Hudson man has been indicted on a charge he shot and killed a bald eagle.

Jesse Tyrone Barresse is accused of killing the eagle on Jan. 13, 2008, in Ruskin, according to an indictment handed up in July and unsealed today.
