For no apparent reason, an 18-year-old Lithia man punched a former schoolmate on the mouth, knocking out two front teeth, Hillsborough County deputies say.
The attack occurred Friday night.
Deputies arrested Kyle Phillip Osborne on Sunday night. He was charged with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon.
A witness to the attack said Osborne punched the victim and bragged about using brass knuckles, a criminal arrest affidavit states.
Osborne's bail was set at $7,500. He has been released from jail.
