GAINESVILLE - Marshae Dotson scored 20 points, Sha Brooks added 15, and No. 19 Florida beat Georgia 61-45 on Sunday, ending a nine-game losing streak in the series.
The Gators (17-2, 3-1 Southeastern Conference) picked up their first win against the Bulldogs (11-7, 1-2) since 2004.
Georgia's top two scorers, Ashley Houts and Angel Robinson, played much of the game in foul trouble. Houts scored five points and had seven of the team's 23 turnovers. Robinson had seven points, eight rebounds and five turnovers. Both of them fouled out late.
The Gators trailed 31-30 early in the second half, but used a 24-6 run to take the lead for good. Steffi Sorensen hit three 3-pointers in the spurt. She was 4-for-9 shooting from behind the arc and finished with 12 points.

TALLAHASSEE - Jacinta Monroe had 15 points, 10 rebounds, and a school-record nine blocks to help Florida State extend its winning streak to seven games with a victory against No. 24 Georgia Tech.
She was one block shy of the first triple-double in school history.
Trailing 46-45, Courtney Ward keyed a closing 14-3 closing run for the Seminoles (16-4, 4-0 ACC). She scored 10 of her 12 points in the second half and dished out a career-high nine assists as Florida State equaled its best start in conference play.
Alex Montgomery led the Yellow Jackets (13-4, 1-2) with 14 points and Jacqua Williams added 12.

NORMAN, Okla. - Danielle Robinson had 19 points and 10 assists and two other Sooners also had double-doubles as No. 3 Oklahoma (13-2, 3-0 Big 12) led all the way in a win against No. 8 Texas A&M (14-2, 2-1).
Freshman guard Whitney Hand had a career-high five 3-pointers in six attempts and scored 17 points for Oklahoma, which won its ninth straight game overall and its second straight against a ranked conference foe, having also beaten No. 17 Kansas State on Wednesday.

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - DeWanna Bonner scored 19 points and pulled down 14 rebounds as No. 6 Auburn (18-0, 3-0 SEC) remained unbeaten by stopping Arkansas (11-7, 0-3).
Whitney Boddie also scored 12 points and had 10 assists to help fuel the Tigers offense.

BERKELEY, Calif. - Alexis Gray-Lawson scored a career-high 37 points, converting two free throws with 1:09 to play that put her team ahead for good and scoring again with 21 seconds left to lift No. 11 California (14-2, 5-0 Pac-10) to a victory against archrival and No. 9 Stanford (13-4, 4-1).

COLLEGE PARK, Md. - Kristi Toliver scored a season-high 29 points, hitting a career-best eight 3-pointers, and No. 12 Maryland (15-3, 3-1 ACC) beat Virginia Tech (8-9, 0-4).
Marissa Coleman added 21 points for the Terrapins, who have won four in a row against the Hokies.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. - Alex Fuller scored 14 points and No. 13 Tennessee (14-3, 3-1 SEC) overcame a slow start to beat South Carolina (8-9, 0-4) for the 36th consecutive time.
It was a season high for Fuller, who wore Cait McMahan's No. 2 jersey to honor her teammate who decided to end her career a week ago after recurring injuries. Fuller will wear No. 2 instead of her usual No. 44 for the rest of the season.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Christina Wirth scored 15 of her team-high 17 points in the second half, and reserve forward Chanel Chisholm added a career-high 15 to help No. 18 Vanderbilt (14-4, 3-0 SEC) beat LSU (9-6, 2-1).
