Deputies: Tampa Man Uses Pool Stick, Rock In Battery

TAMPA - Joseph Perry Collins struck a person on the head with a pool cue and a rock Monday, Hillsborough County deputies say.
Deputies arrested Collins, 17, of Tampa, at 1:32 p.m. Monday.
He was charged with two counts of aggravated battery. He also was charged with several counts of probation violation.
The pool cue caused minor injuries, and the rock caused a minor cut, a criminal arrest affidavit states.
Collins remains in Orient Road Jail. His bail has not been set.
