Man Accused Of Molesting Boy At Plant City Taco Bell

A 22-year-old man was arrested this afternoon, accused of molesting a 4-year-old boy in the restroom of a Plant City Taco Bell, according to a criminal arrest affidavit.
Brian Wedsel Lowery of Plant City was charged with lewd and lascivious exhibition with a child, lewd and lascivious molestation of a child and false imprisonment.
Lowery is accused of following the boy into the men's restroom of the Taco Bell at 2442 James L. Redman Parkway. Plant City police say Lowery pulled the boy into a handicapped stall and molested him.
According to the affidavit, the boy's grandfather walked into the restroom, witnessed the incident and called police.
Lowery is being held tonight without bail at Orient Road Jail.
