SPRING HILL - - A 65-year-old man was arrested Thursday on charges that he performed oral sex on a 5-year-old boy.

The alleged victim described for detectives what had happened on Monday at the suspect's home, 9100 Sewell Lane.

The suspect, David Daly, made a partial confession to detectives and was charged with sexual battery, an affidavit shows.
