Annie Fonseca stole more than $25,000 in electricity while using a home to cultivate marijuana, Hillsborough County deputies say.
Deputies arrested Fonseca on Wednesday evening at her home, 9027 Tree Valley Circle in Tampa.
Fonseca, 46, was charged with grand theft, cultivation of marijuana, possession of marijuana and possession of a residence for the purpose of cultivating marijuana.
Shortly after noon Wednesday, deputies executed a search warrant at Fonseca's home. Deputies found a room and secondary structure converted to cultivate marijuana, a report states.
Rooms had grow lights, ballasts and air conditioning units, according to the report. Deputies found loose marijuana on the floor.
There also was a small amount of marijuana in the master bedroom, deputies say.
Fonseca's bail was set at $19,500. She has since been released from jail.
