Pair Charged In Tampa With Profiting From Prostitution

TAMPA - A man and a woman are charged with felony prostitution offenses, accused of using a 17-year-old girl for sex, records show.

Pasquale Holt, 23, and Erica Licata, 19, both of whom have no known address, are charged with deriving support from the proceeds of prostitution, records show.

Licata, who lists her employer in jail records as Platinum Showgirls, also is charged with procuring a person under 18 for prostitution, a felony, and offering to commit prostitution, a misdemeanor.

Both were held at the Orient Road Jail today, with Holt's bail at $2,000 and Licata's bail at $10,750.

An affidavit states the 17-year-old also was arrested, but the document does not indicate her charges.

According to affidavits, the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office arrested the three at Cypress Avenue and Westshore Boulevard about 11:50 p.m. Monday. Licata and the 17-year-old offered an undercover deputy oral sex in exchange for $300, affidavits state.

Holt told investigators that he expected to be compensated $300 for driving the two to that location, affidavits state.
