Lutz Man Guilty Of Lewd And Lascivious Behavior

TAMPA - A Lutz man accused of performing a sexually suggestive dance with an 8-year-old girl was found guilty this afternoon of lewd and lascivious behavior.

A Hillsborough County jury deliberated for about three hours before finding Leo Frank Terminello guilty on all 11 counts.

Terminello, a 44-year-old father of two, was sentenced to 20 years in state prison.

The victim's mother, whose name is being withheld to protect her daughter's identity, said she was satisfied with the process.

"Now the nightmare is over," she said.

The victim, now 11, testified Tuesday that the incidents happened 10 to 15 times in 2005 in Terminello's home.

Terminello, a pool cleaner, was arrested in January 2006.

While on bail awaiting trial, Terminello was arrested April 9 and accused of offering two girls, ages 8 and 10, $15 to watch him fondle himself.

That case is pending.
