The Tampa Bay Buccaneers today announced that they have named Pete Mangurian offensive line coach.
Mangurian has 18 years of experience in the NFL and 30 seasons overall, including a successful three-year stint as the head coach at Cornell University and a tenure as the offensive coordinator for the Atlanta Falcons in 2003.
The Tampa Tribune reported Mangurian would get the position on Sunday.
Throughout his NFL career, Mangurian has worked as an offensive line coach, tight ends coach and offensive coordinator.
Mangurian was with the Atlanta Falcons from 2001-2003. In 2002, the Falcons set team records for yards per carry (4.53), rushing touchdowns (23) and most 30-point games (eight).
