Man indicted in murder case

NEW PORT RICHEY - A Pasco County grand jury Wednesday indicted a Dade City man on a first-degree murder charge.

Anthony James Harris, 24, of 37508 Oakview Circle, is accused in the slaying of Cleo Stinyard Jr. in what authorities say was a drug-related shooting. Harris has been held in the Land O' Lakes Jail since his arrest June 17.

Stinyard, 48, was found dead June 12 in his mobile home on Laura Lane in Lacoochee.
