An overturned truck on Interstate 275 south at the Fourth Street exit backed up traffic into Tampa.

TAMPA - Traffic heading west on the Howard Frankland Bridge is moving again after a crash involving a dump truck.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol's Web site, a dump truck overturned about 11:30 a.m., spilling dirt on the road. All the southbound lanes were blocked for more than an hour, and traffic backed up into Tampa.

Workers opened three lanes of southbound Interstate 275 shortly before 1:30 p.m.
