Perfect ballpark site

I have a great solution for a new stadium for the Rays that is the best place for all the counties. How about the Tampa Greyhound Track?
It's wasted space at this moment. It's big enough for a stadium, with plenty of parking spaces across the street at the Sulphur Spring's pool and also at the water tower property on the river. It's centrally located for all counties. Also, you have Busch Gardens, Lowry Park Zoo, downtown and Channelside, MOSI and Ybor City. Pinellas, Pasco and Orlando are just a hop, skip and jump away.
We all make out, and the Rays will have a stadium full of support!
