20-year-old found shot to death in East Tampa home

Homicide detectives are on the scene of a shooting at a house in East Tampa.

TAMPA - A 20-year-old man was shot to death this morning in East Tampa.

Dontae Leslie, of 6922 Baldwin Circle, was found dead after a resident reported hearing gunshots. Deputies found Leslie dead in one of the bedrooms, sheriff's office spokeswoman Debbie Carter said.

Leslie was one of several people who live in the house. Detectives are questioning the other residents.

An autopsy this afternoon will determine the cause of death.
