Jurassic Park comes to Tampa in October when "Walking With Dinosaurs" stomps into the St. Pete Times Forum.
Based on the award-winning BBC TV series, the theatrical event features 15 life-size animatronic dinosaurs including a Tyrannosaurus Rex.
Presented by the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center, the $20 million show is too big for the TBPAC stage, so it will take up residence at the Forum for eight shows Oct. 14-18.
Tickets are $19.75 to $64.75 and go on sale at noon on July 24.
Tickets may be purchased by calling (813) 229-7827, at the TBPAC Ticket Office or online at www.tbpac.org. Tickets also will go on sale at the Forum box office and at Ticketmaster outlets. To order tickets by phone, call Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000.
