Regarding "Where's world market?" (Letters, July 21):
Answering Gerald Cerveny's question as to why nobody in Canada, England, France, Germany or Cuba will buy health insurance from American companies is easy. In the countries he named it is against the law to sell private health insurance.
The governments provide the health care, pay for it with high taxes and ration care to make ends meet.
Oh, and if their people need immediate care or a new treatment, they come to the good, old USA.
