TAMPA - Comedian-turned-actor-turned-singer Jamie Foxx will perform Aug. 31 at the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center's Morsani Hall.
Foxx began as a comedian on TV shows such as "In Living Color" and is an Oscar-winner for his portrayal of Ray Charles in the film 'Ray."
The Tampa show, though, is billed in a news release from performing arts center as "an evening of music." It's part of his "Blame It" tour, named for Foxx's recent hit single.
Tickets cost $56.50, $75.50 and $89.50 and are on sale at the box office.
