St. Petersburg police detectives are looking for two men they say stole liquor this month from a restaurant's outdoor bar.
One of the suspects returned to the same restaurant, Fresco's Waterfront Bistro, 300 Second Ave. E., a few weeks later and stole several cases of frozen food, detectives say.
On July 5, two men jumped a wall surrounding the deck of the open bar, police say. Security cameras recorded the men breaking into locked cabinets and coolers about 2:37 a.m., filling backpacks and trash cans with bottles of liquor.
Then shortly before 5 a.m. July 17, a man police say was involved in the first burglary went back to the restaurant and took an undisclosed amount of frozen food.
The men during the July 5 burglary were white with slender builds and wearing gloves and baseball caps.
Anyone with information can call the St. Petersburg Police Department at (727) 893-7780.
