Dixie team set to hold fundraiser

The San Antonio Dixie 11-12-year-old all-star team, which will represent Florida in the Dixie Majors Baseball tournament in Laurel, Miss., is holding a fundraiser Saturday.
The event is from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. at the Beef O'Brady's in Dade City. Customers can mention they want to support Team Florida in the World Series, and 20 percent of their bill will go to support the team.
San Antonio begins play in the World Series on Aug. 8 against North Carolina.
