Deputies: Pasco man's death ruled a homicide

The death of a 48-year-old Lacoochee man found this morning in his mobile home has been ruled a homicide, the Pasco County Sheriff's Office said.
Cleo Stinyard's body was discovered in his single-wide home at 37844 Laura Lane, sheriff's office spokesman Kevin Doll said. He would not give information about the cause or time of death.
Deputies got the call at 4:07 a.m.
