Best activity in workouts: Incorporating as many muscle groups as possible through intense cardiovascular conditioning and stretching with a splash of yoga. Weights, running, core moves, kickboxing, punching, kicking and drills are done using a variety of equipment such as ropes, punching bags, pull up bars, medicine balls, trampoline and tumble track.

Favorite phrase to bark for motivation: "Get busy!!!"

Favorite everyday activity that helps tone/burn calories: Get out of the car and WALK or run your errands. Don't drive through, walk through. Incorporate movement into everything you do.

Junk food you find hardest to avoid: Don't avoid it, because it's never around.
