Pinellas deputies are trying to determine who ran a red light and caused a collision that left one driver dead and the other injured on Monday.
The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office said Andrew Cavanaugh, 79, of Oldsmar, was killed when his Buick Century collided with a Toyota Camry driven by M. Jaqueline Stinson, 71, also of Oldsmar.
