Arrest in Florida linked to case

A former Stanford Financial Group security worker has been indicted in Florida, accused of destroying documents needed for a federal investigation.
In the indictment unsealed Friday in Fort Lauderdale, Florida prosecutors say 42-year-old Bruce Perraud supervised shredding of documents at a Stanford Financial Group warehouse in February. Prosecutors say Perraud destroyed the documents knowing a Texas judge had ordered them preserved for investigators.
Perraud was arrested Friday in Naples. It was not immediately clear whether he had an attorney.
