She hits swimsuit top 10

TAMPA - A 23-year-old Clearwater woman placed in the top 10 in an international swimsuit pageant sponsored by the chain known for its chicken wings and servers dressed in skimpy uniforms.
Nicole Ciglar, who grew up in Palm Harbor, has worked as a waitress at the Clearwater Hooters for three years.
She was Miss February in the Hooters 2009 calendar and is featured in a July-August edition of the chain's magazine.
The pageant winner was Raechel Holtgrave, 22, a waitress in a Hooters in Columbia, Mo. She won $50,000 and will represent Hooters for the coming year.
Other area contestants who did not place in the top 10 were: Marie Butler, North St. Petersburg; Miranda Hickel and Jamie Lynn Strowig, both of Naples; Jennifer Keller, Fort Myers; and Janet Layug and Niki Longtin, both of Lakeland.
