Pair of wrecks makes I-275 commute difficult

A jackknifed semi-truck on the Howard Frankland Bridge has snarled traffic entering Tampa on Interstate 275 this morning, with only a single lane of traffic passing, according to a Florida Highway Patrol Web site.
Troopers say they got the call of the wreck just after 6 a.m. today.
Troopers also are working an 5:30 a.m. accident on the Sunshine Skyway bridge with one of the southbound lanes blocked this morning. The wreck is just north of the hump, troopers said.
