Orlando hotel employee drowns in pool

ORLANDO - The Orange County Sheriff's Office says a 21-year-old Orlando hotel employee drowned in the facility's pool.
Investigators say Nickerson Jean was part of the International Plaza Resort and Spa's housekeeping department and was not assigned to the hotel's pool area.
A co-worker found Jean's body in the pool this morning. Genevieve Pugh, a spokeswoman for Orange County Fire Rescue, says crews tried to revive Jean, but there was nothing deputies and firefighters could do.
The sheriff's office says Jean was last seen working in the hotel early today.
