ORLANDO - Casey Anthony's first-degree murder trial has been tentatively set for Oct. 12.
Anthony is accused of killing her daughter, Caylee, whose remains were found in the woods near their home last December, six months after the 2-year-old disappeared.
Circuit Judge Stan Strickland also agreed to temporarily stop the public release of a jailhouse video of Casey Anthony reacting to news that Caylee's remains had been found until her defense attorney can view the video.
Anthony claimed that Caylee was kidnapped by a babysitter and has pleaded not guilty. Hundreds of volunteers had helped search for Caylee after she was reported missing.
