FORT PIERCE - Authorities say a Fort Pierce woman called 911 three times after McDonald's employees told her they were out of Chicken McNuggets.
Police say 27-year-old Latreasa L. Goodman went to McDonald's last week and ordered a 10-piece. She told police that it was an emergency because she wouldn't have paid for the McNuggets if she knew they didn't have any. She said employees refused to give her a refund, saying all sales were final. A cashier told police she offered Goodman a larger portion of different food for the same price, but Goodman became irate.
Police report that Goodman was issued a notice to appear on a misuse of 911 charge.
A current phone listing to seek comment from Goodman could not be found.
