Sister Attacks Sister At Mobile Home, Deputies Say

A woman called authorities to her home after her half-sister arrived minutes earlier, punched her, put her in a headlock and head-butted her, deputies said.

The victim said her sibling showed up at her house shortly after 11:15 p.m. Monday and began swinging at her with clinched fists, according to an arrest report.

Jamie Lorette Bledsoe, 26, of 13425 Taylor St., was charged with domestic battery. She had not been located as of Tuesday morning.

Both the victim and her roommate told deputies the altercation was unprovoked.

After Bledsoe repeatedly punched her sister, she grabbed her and put her in a headlock, the report stated.

The victim's only way to escape her grip was to bite her on the chest, she said.

She attempted to grab Bledsoe from behind and she retaliated by snapping her head backward, striking the victim several times in the head, deputies said.

Bledsoe eventually left, got into a red Mazda pickup and crashed through a privacy fence at a neighbor's house as she sped away, the report stated.

The victim had no visible injuries and declined medical treatment.
