TAMPA - The Robin Williams concert scheduled for Saturday at the University of South Florida Sun Dome has been postponed due to Williams' illness, according to Sun Dome officials.
A new date will be announced shortly. Tickets purchased for the original show will be honored for the rescheduled date.
Williams postponed four Florida performances of his one-man show, "Weapons of Self-Destruction," after experiencing shortness of breath, according to a statement released by his representative.
A doctor advised Williams, 57, who's in the middle of an 80-city tour, to rest for a week before returning to the stage.
Williams is expected to retake the stage Monday in Jacksonville.
