MANATEE COUNTY – - Authorities say a man struck his girlfriend, ex-girlfriend, a pregnant roommate and two children at a Bradenton residence Wednesday afternoon.
Authorities say Robin B. Jackson, 49, first tried to choke his girlfriend around 12:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Then, his ex-girlfriend, who was holding Jackson's son, became involved, and Jackson kicked her and the boy, according to a Manatee Sheriff's report.
A pregnant roommate, who was holding an infant, tried to stop the attack and told deputies Jackson slapped her and the child.
A witness to the attack told investigators he saw Jackson chase the women and throw a wooden chair at them, the report said.
Jackson, of the 900 block of 51st Avenue East, was arrested on a felony battery charge, two counts of felony child abuse and two misdemeanor counts of domestic battery.
Jackson is being held in the Manatee County Jail on $117,500 bond.
