NEW PORT RICHEY - Siblings will fight over anything.
On Thursday night, a brotherly dispute took a bizarre turn when Frederick Crevoiserat, 39, put out his brother's cigarette with a fire extinguisher, the sheriff's office said.
"He wouldn't put it out, so I put it out for him," Crevoiserat said in a sheriff's report.
"The victim advised the spray was unwanted and unwelcome," the report said.
Crevoiserat lives with his brother, who was not named, at 4116 Grand Blvd.
He later resisted when deputies tried to handcuff him, the report said. He was charged with domestic battery and resisting an officer without violence. He was being held at the Land O' Lakes Jail today with bail set at $150.
