Man Steals $45K Ring Off Hand Of 92-Year-Old

DELRAY BEACH - Police are looking for a man who pulled a $45,000 diamond ring off the hand of a 92-year-old woman in the parking lot of a Catholic Church.
Midday on Thursday, the woman pulled her car into the church lot and was still sitting in the driver's seat when a man with some type of grease on his hand reached inside and grabbed the ring from her finger.
Police said the ring has a silver band with a five-karat round diamond in a four prong setting.
The robber told the victim he followed her from an auto collision shop, where she had an estimate done.
