PORT RICHEY - A New Port Richey man was arrested Tuesday and charged with kidnapping and threatening to shoot to death the teen he blamed for a botched transaction, according to a Pasco County Sheriff's Office report.
Keith R. Stokes, 45, was arrested on charges of armed kidnapping and aggravated battery with a firearm.
Mary Taylor, 19, told authorities she lives with Stokes, his wife and three children at their residence, 6753 Temple Ave., New Port Richey, said he sells drugs from the house and is a member of the Insane Gangster Disciples street gang.
Taylor, who said she sometimes assists Stokes by taking drug orders, accepting deliveries and making payments, said on Monday she was to pay for a scheduled delivery of 3.5 grams of crack cocaine. Taylor told authorities she spent part of the $350, so the dealer refused to leave the drugs.

She said Stokes returned home and was furious, ordering her to pack her bags. He claimed he was dropping her at a friend's home in Hudson, she said, but en route he pointed a handgun at her and made repeated threats.
Taken to a vacant house at 7724 Jasmine Blvd. Port Richey, she was struck with the pistol and ordered into the shower, the sheriff's office report states. Taylor said Stokes then informed her he was going to shoot her to death.
She said two of Stokes' associates arrived, convinced Stokes he should leave, which he did, vowing to return later and kill Taylor.

After all three men left, Taylor, who had feigned unconsciousness, fled screaming for help. A neighbor called authorities.
Paramedics said Taylor did not require hospitalization for her injuries.
