A 16-year-old Gibsonton girl reported missing has been found safe, deputies said this morning.
Myra Enereyda Campos told her mother she was going to wash laundry on the front porch of the family's home at 8504 Symmes Road, Lot 3, on Tuesday evening and did not return. Her mother became concerned because the girl had never left home before.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office reported this morning that the teenager was found safe about 6 p.m. Wednesday at Wimauma Elementary School.
