Casey Anthony, who is accused of killing her 2-year-old daughter, is due back in court today for an evidentiary hearing related to her first-degree murder trial.
The hearing comes two days after Anthony confirmed in a court motion that she has no clauses in her financial agreement with her attorney, Jose Baez, that would let the lawyer sell the rights to her story.
Prosecutors had filed a motion saying they worried the lawyer may be paid later by selling the rights to Anthony's story.
Anthony hand-wrote in a sworn affidavit Tuesday that she believed prosecutors were angry because, "I have refused to take a plea agreement for a crime that I did not commit."
Casey Anthony is facing a first-degree murder charge after her daughter Caylee was found dead last December, months she was reported missing.
Information from The Associated Press was used in this report.
