Tampa Man Charged With Child Porn Possession

A 23-year-old Tampa man was arrested early this morning, accused of possessing child pornography that he downloaded onto his computer. Hillsborough County sheriff's detectives said some of the images depicted children younger than 5 and that there were videos showing child bondage.
Carl Louis Fritze, S. 2406 Cameron Ave., was charged with 20 counts of possession of child porn. He was arrested at his home at 6:40 a.m. by deputies who had a search warrant.
The pornography was found on Fritze's computer.
His computer will be turned over to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement for a forensic search, deputies said.
Fritze remained in the Orient Road Jail this morning. Bail was set at $40,000.
