OKLAHOMA CITY - DeMarre Carroll scored 20 points and No. 14 Missouri ended Baylor's surprising run through the Big 12 Tournament, grinding down the Bears 73-60 to win their first postseason conference title in 16 years.
Matt Lawrence added 13 points and his hot shooting helped the third-seeded Tigers (28-6) pull away early in the second half to spoil what would have been an unprecedented run to the title for Baylor.
Baylor (20-14) made it as far as the finals with a string of three straight upsets that included a quarterfinal stunner against No. 11 Kansas, the three-time defending tournament champion and top seed.
Curtis Jerrells scored 16 to lead the ninth-seeded Bears, who finally ran out of gas in their bid to become the first Big 12 team to claim the tournament title by winning four games in four days.
Henry Dugat added 12 and LaceDarius Dunn had 11.

LOS ANGELES - Daniel Hackett hit the tying and go-ahead free throws with 42 seconds remaining and Southern California (21-12) held on for victory over Arizona State (24-9) to win the Pac-10 Tournament championship.
Freshman DeMar DeRozan scored 25 points, Hackett added 19 and Dwight Lewis 13 for the sixth-seeded Trojans, who overcame a 15-point halftime deficit to become the lowest seed to win the tourney.
NO. 4 MEMPHIS 64, TULSA 39
MEMPHIS, Tenn. - Tyreke Evans scored 18 points and Robert Dozier added 18 points and 14 rebounds, leading Memphis (31-3) past Tulsa (24-10) for its fourth straight Conference USA Tournament title.
The Tigers extended the nation's longest winning streak to 25 and won their 61st straight league game.

INDIANAPOLIS - No sweep for Michigan State. Probably no No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament, either.
Ohio State (22-9) used every bit of its depth and versatility, not to mention some nifty 3-point shooting, in overpowering the Spartans in the semifinals of the Big Ten Tournament. It was the second-most points the Spartans (26-6) had allowed this season.

INDIANAPOLIS - Robbie Hummel had 19 points and 12 rebounds, and JaJuan Johnson scored 20 points, leading Purdue (24-9) past Illinois (24-9) in the Big Ten Tournament semifinals.
The victory ends Purdue's three-game losing streak against the Illini and sends the third-seeded Boilermakers into their first tourney title game since 1998.
UT Women Fall In Region Semis
CLEVELAND, Miss. - Tampa couldn't come back from a 24-point second-half deficit, as it fell to Ouachita Baptist 77-74 in the South Region semifinals of the NCAA Division II Women's Tournament.
Tiara Cook led the No. 3 seed Spartans with 24 points as Tampa rallied in the second half, cutting the Tigers' lead to 75-74 with 5.5 seconds to play. No. 7 seed Ouachita Baptist restored its lead on a pair of free throws by Domino Miller, giving Tampa a final chance to tie the game, but former Holy Names standout Gianna Messina's 3-pointer as time expired failed to fall.

Danielle Gant scored 22 points, Sydney Colson added a career-best 15 and Texas A&M (25-6) advanced to the Big 12 championship game by beating Oklahoma (28-4).

Jessica Morrow scored a season-high 24 points and hit six 3-pointers as Baylor (26-5) advanced to the Big 12 Tournament title game by beating Iowa State (24-8).

HARRISONBURG, Va. - Old Dominion's NCAA-record reign at the top of the Colonial Athletic Association has ended after 17 consecutive seasons. Top-seeded Drexel got 20 points from CAA player of the year Gabriela Marginean and beat the Lady Monarchs in the semifinals of the league tournament.
