INDIANAPOLIS - E'Twaun Moore scored 14 of his 17 points in the second half, and No. 24 Purdue rallied to beat Ohio State 65-61 on Sunday for its first Big Ten Tournament title.
JaJuan Johnson scored 16 points, and Robbie Hummel added nine points, 11 rebounds and five assists for the third-seeded Boilermakers (24-9). Hummel was named the tournament's most outstanding player.
Evan Turner had 22 points and 10 rebounds for Ohio State (22-10), which was chasing its second title in three years. The loss snapped the Buckeyes' four-game winning streak.
Purdue beat Penn State and Illinois to reach the final. Fifth-seeded Ohio State beat Wisconsin and No. 7 Michigan State to advance to the championship game.
The Boilermakers took advantage of having virtual homecourt advantage. Conseco Fieldhouse is about 65 miles from Purdue's campus.

KATY, Texas - Matt Kingsley scored 20 points and Stephen F. Austin (24-7) earned the program's first NCAA Tournament berth with a victory against Texas San Antonio (19-13) in the Southland Conference championship game.
Baylor Women Win Big 12 Title
OKLAHOMA CITY - Jhasmin Player scored a season-high 25 points, Morghan Medlock came off the bench to add 15 and No. 7 Baylor (27-5) beat 10th-ranked Texas A&M (25-7) 72-63 to win the Big 12 championship.

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. - Cetera DeGraffenreid scored 19 points to help No. 11 North Carolina (27-6) rally past South Dakota (18-11) in a tougher-than-expected tune-up for the NCAA Tournament.
