Hillsborough County sheriff's deputies are looking for an intruder who broke into two homes on Pearl Circle in Brandon on Monday night.
The man rode a bicycle to the first home and abandoned it there. It's a green and silver woman's bicycle, deputies said.
Around 11:30 p.m. Monday, the man was seen entering a home on Pearl Circle through an unlocked back door. He fled when he notice he was spotted, deputies said.
He ran to a second home just down the street and walked into the home through an unlocked glass sliding door. He walked through the living room and into the master bedroom, where he was seen by a homeowner.
The man calmly left the home through the glass sliding door, followed by the homeowner. He fled south.
The names of the burglary victims were not immediately released. The intruder was described as being white, in his 20s, between 6 feet and 6-foot-2 and weighing 200 pounds. He is slender with a tan complexion, light brown short hair and a stubble beard. He wore a dark shirt, blue shorts, white sneakers and bulky gold chains around his neck.
