Deputies: Port Richey Man Arrested On Rape Charge

LAND O' LAKES - A Port Richey man was arrested for the January rape of a 14-year-old girl, the Pasco County Sheriff's Office reported.
Juan Pablo Garcia Jr., 18, of 11735 Meadow Drive, forced himself on the victim in a vacant Port Richey house on Jan. 7, the report states.
Garcia was arrested at the Land O'Lakes Jail, where he is being held since his March 8 arrest on a charge of aggravated battery.
A condom containing male DNA that matches that of bite wounds on the victim's neck was recovered at the scene, the report states. The victim also suffered injuries consistent with a forcible attack, the report states.
Garcia denied having sex with the victim, according to the arrest report.
He remains in jail, his bail n the two cases totaling $20,000.
