Man Charged With Head-Butting Deputy Over Bar Tab

Asked to pay a $13.50 bar tab, an Ohio man responded by head-butting a sheriff's office sergeant, an affidavit states.
Elhadjhi Mbacke, 43, of Cincinnati, is charged with felony battery on a law enforcement officer in connection with the dust-up at Bobalouie's Grille and Sports Garden about 1 a.m. today, records show.
Mbacke is also charged with a misdemeanor accusing him of depriving the bar of money for services.
A Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office sergeant and deputy responded to the bar at 1913 E. Bearss Ave. after a waitress complained Mbacke failed to pay his bar tab of $13.50, an affidavit states.
Once confronted, Mbacke struck his head against the sergeant's, the sheriff's office said.
The sergeant was not seriously injured.
