Pinellas Man Accused Of Running Illegal Telemarketing Firm

State authorities have arrested a Pinellas County man accused of running an unregistered telemarketing operation.

The Florida Agriculture and Consumer Services Commission today said that agents charged Kenneth B. Choco, 53, of Palm Harbor, with telemarketing without a license. Choco was arrested Wednesday; he was released after posting $5,000 bail.

Agents said Choco owned and operated an unregistered telemarketing business named Cool Ducts AC and Heat.
