Tampa Police: S.C. Woman Exposes Self, Hides Screwdriver

TAMPA - A South Carolina woman wound up in jail early this morning after police said she exposed her breast to an officer while concealing a screwdriver in her bra.

Francina L. Walker, 29, also had a knife in her purse when she waved down an officer at South Dale Mabry Highway and Interbay Boulevard about 11:50 p.m. Wednesday and offered him a sex act for $20, police said.

The officer at first arrested her on a misdemeanor prostitution charge, then added a misdemeanor charge of carrying a concealed weapon after searching Walker.

Upon finding a push rod with cocaine residue in the woman's possession, the officer charged her with felony cocaine possession and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

Walker reacted by kicking out the rear passenger window of a patrol car, resulting in another charge: misdemeanor criminal mischief.

Walker, of West Columbia, S.C., was held at the Orient Road Jail this morning on $3,500 bail, records show.
