Name Of Woman Killed In U.S. 19 Collision Released

PALM HARBOR - Florida Highway Patrol troopers today released the name of a driver killed in a two-vehicle crash on U.S. 19 during rush hour Friday afternoon.
Patricia A. Lattman, 58, of Palm Harbor died at the scene of the 5:30 p.m. crash, troopers said.
Lattman was driving a 1997 Nissan Altima south on U.S. 19 and was making a left turn onto Bilgore Grove Boulevard, into the path of a northbound 2004 Ford Expedition driven by Nicholas J. Douklias, 17, of Oldsmar.
The vehicles collided and the impact forced both into the northeast corner of the intersection, where the Altima struck a utility pole.
Douklias was taken to Mease Countryside Hospital but was not seriously injured, troopers said.
No charges were immediately filed.
