On Tuesday, the Southwest Florida Water Management District will consider its next phase of tighter water restrictions for Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties.
The restrictions include such steps as further reducing watering hours, a ban on pressure cleaning and a ban on carwashing except at commercial carwashes that recycle water.
They do not include a ban on lawn watering or steps similar to Tampa's new rules against sprinkler use.
The agency's governing board meets at 9 a.m. Tuesday at 2379 Broad St. (U.S. 41), Brooksville. For information, go to www.water
