Police: Tampa Man Exposes Himself, Spends 65th Birthday In Jail

TAMPA - A Big Lots employee was outside the store smoking when a Tampa man asked whether she thought he was sexy, and he exposed himself and simulated a sexual act, police say.

Police arrested Paul Morales Hernandez at 8:30 p.m. Sunday.

The incident took place at the Big Lots at 8865 N. Florida Ave., police say.

Hernandez, who turns 65 today, was charged with possession of an open container and committing a lewd and lascivious act.

Hernandez, of 10620 N. 27th St., remains in Orient Road Jail today. His bail is set at $7,750.
